All operatives pass the CITB Health and Safety test, hold CSCS cards as standard, and train continuously on current techniques and products.

Every roofing operative on a Spanclad contract holds the qualifications working at height demands. SSSTS site supervisors within all gangs of operatives. That has been the standard since 1979 and it is not negotiable.
CSCS carded
Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards held across the workforce.
NVQ Level 2 or higher
Trained and assessed to NVQ Level 2 as a minimum, many beyond it.
Plant and equipment
IPAF, PASMA and Telehandler trained.
Asbestos Removal
All operatives are UKATA Asbestos Trained to safely remove and dispose of asbestos roof materials.
